All products sourced through Evolyn Home carry a standard 12-month manufacturer defect warranty from the date of delivery. Due to the nature of custom white-label production and international bulk freight, we do not accept general returns for unsold or excess inventory.
Units exhibiting manufacturing defects within the warranty period will be credited to your account or replaced in your next bulk shipment at no additional cost. For major appliances, a percentage of replacement components is included with each order to support your domestic after-sales service operations.
